These are raised in the US from US stock. United States monarchs are typically BIGGER and more COLORFUL than others on the market. Almost all monarchs being sold are from Peru or if they are 'North American' Monarchs they are coming from Central America. All Central and South American Monarchs are typically darker and smaller than the USA variety. We have a limited stock of these and will likely only be available one more time this year as they are not bred year-round like Central American variations.
These are unspread, with wings folded together. A link with video instructions on how to open the wings will be included with your order.
We sell ONLY sustainable, farm-raised monarchs. This ensures that NO wild monarchs are sold and their numbers are not depleted in any way. We believe in and support Monarch Conservation. We DO NOT sell wild-caught specimens.
Sale includes one real monarch, random selection of male or female. Shipped unmounted with wings folded closed.
