For the first time we are proud to offer farm raised 'No Kill' mixed butterflies! Because of a partnership with a US butterfly breeding and educational facility we are able to offer 100% natural death butterflies.
Because these are butterflies that have died naturally our stock is EXTREMELY LIMITED. We hope to continue offering these, but it will be seasonally.
These are raised in the US from US stock.
Ordering multiples of the same lot size may result in duplicate specimens. Mixed lots are randomly selected and may or may not include butterflies in listing photos.
These are unspread, with wings folded together, or folded flat as seen in photos. A link with video instructions on how to reposition the wings will be included with your order.
IMPORTANT-Sellers with perfect specimens they claim died of natural causes are unfortunately lying or being lied to. Butterflies don't die gracefully. By the time the reach the end of their life they will show wing chips, tears, broken antennas, etc... THESE WILL NOT BE PERFECT BUTTERFLIES! But, each tear or chip is part of a butterflie's story and a testimony to its life (and with these specimens-hopefully the people they got to educate along the way). However, we will also make sure none are 'garbage' or unusable specimens.
Remember that all butterflies do have natural variations in size and color.
