The King Swallowtail's large size truly does make it the king of swallowtails. Its wingspan measures 100mm to 130mm (around 4.5"). It's large size makes it a stand out addition to any swallowtail collection at a price any collector can afford.
These are also a GREAT specimen for FIRST TIME spreaders and pinners. They have strong wings and do not lose scales easily, making them a great specimen to work with and learn with.
