Incredible offering of a PAIR of Troides minos birdwings from Nilgiri Hills, India from 1905! This is a once-in-a-lifetime chance at an exceptional pair of butterflies. They are in extraordinary condition with original, hand-written label.
Even modern T. minos are exceptionally difficult to obtain because of India's strict wildlife laws prohibiting the exportation of butterflies since 1972. Currently only one other example of this species is a much more modern male being offered for sale in Canada.
These are CITES protected species, DO NOT risk buying from international sellers! Because of strict international law we only sell Birdwings obtained from collections already in the USA.
