Need a New Indoor Hobby During a World Pandemic?

A lot has changed in our world and nation recently.  It is important to stay up to date with what is happening around us, but there is a point where you have to step away from the news, take a deep breath and get your mind off of things!  Or maybe you are just finding yourself with a lot of free time on your hands.  Perhaps, you are in need of a new hobby :)

Pinning butterflies and insects is a great hobby you can do from the comfort (and safety) of your own home.  It can also help you focus and appreciate the smaller things in the midst of the big, catastrophic events going on around us.
Look for our next blog about HOW TO START PINNING INSECTS and what supplies are needed.  In the meantime, Spring is here and it's time to start bug collecting!  Even if you are not able to get out in nature during this time, bugs are everywhere...it won't take long to see one crawling by.  Grab an old pill container, or peanut butter jar and start your collection.
If you don't want to deal with live insects, visit our shop at www.thelittlecatterpillar.com and search our wide variety of specimens.  All of our bugs are legally and sustainably imported and handled with care.

This company is by far the best I’ve seen in terms of the things they have to offer such as the variety of insects and the availability the show to their costumers. I look forward to see more insects in the website :)
